We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests, but to make sure there’s enough room for everyone, we kindly ask that you book your stay as soon as you can. No deposit is necessary to reserve. The resort is filling up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better we can manage the room block and add rooms if necessary.

The resort is all-inclusive and the rates shown on the site are reflective of the number of guests, dates, and category of room. So please be sure you are selecting the correct number of guests when reserving your room.

Our room block is available from May 17–May 20, but we'll be arriving the week before—so feel free to join us early! If you'd like to stay additional nights, there may be availability depending on the room. Please keep in mind that the minimum stay required is 3 nights. Guests can book pre and post nights at our discounted rate through the link. Room options will be subject to hotel availability and only contracted room categories will be displayed.

We suggest logging in with your Hyatt account (if you have one) before selecting your travel dates.

Please note that only guests staying in the Turquoize section (adults only, 18+) will have access to the Rooftop Pool/Punta Vista Bar.

During the booking process, a notification will appear stating that an automatic charge will be made to the credit card. Please disregard this message - the full stay will be charged to each guest 30 days prior to arrival.
